Orders will be processed during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.
Q: What is the typical order processing time?
A: We request a 24-48 hour window to process orders. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation number.
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once the order has been processed, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Shipments may be delayed in the event of a natural disaster, or other instances beyond our control.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: United States orders should arrive at the billing address of the credit card holder within 2-5 business days from the day the order has been processed.
International orders should arrive within 5-7 business days from the day the order has been processed.
Orders placed Saturday - Sunday are shipped on Monday.
Orders placed on a holiday will generally ship the next business day.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping prices are based on the size, shape and weight of the package.
Q: Can I get the item(s) faster, i.e., Next Day, Second Day Guarantee?
A: Yes. There is an option for you to pay extra (at checkout) to expedite your order and guarantee the delivery arrival.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We offer worldwide shipping for U.S. and International orders.
Q: Which carriers are available to ship my order?
A: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. You may, however, elect to have your order ship via UPS or FedEx for an additional charge.
