Orders will be processed during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST,  excluding holidays.

Q: What is the typical order processing time? 

A: We request a 24-48 hour window to process orders. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation number. Once the order has been processed, you will receive the USPS tracking number via email. 

All wholesale orders are processed within 3 business days. Once the order has been process, you will receive the tracking number via email.

Shipments may be delayed in the event of a natural disaster, or other instances beyond our control. 

 

Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?

A: United States orders should arrive at the billing address of the credit card holder within 2-5 business days from the day the order has been processed.

International orders should arrive within 5-7 business days from the day the order has been processed.

Orders placed Saturday - Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Orders placed on a holiday will ship the next business day.

 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping prices are based on the size, shape and weight of the package.

Q: Can I get the item(s) faster, i.e., Next Day, Second Day Guarantee?

A:  Yes. There is an option for you to pay extra (at checkout) to expedite your order and guarantee the delivery arrival. 

Q: What countries do you ship to? 

A: We offer worldwide shipping for U.S. and International orders. 

 

Q: Which carriers are available to ship my order?

A: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. You may, however, elect to have your order ship via UPS or FedEx for an additional charge.

 

Q: Why was there a customs fee added to my International order?

A: Customs fees are not covered in the shipping cost.

Customs policies vary by each respective country.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over how your country determines its fees but would advise you to contact your local customs office direct to address your concerns.
