If a return is initiated, you will be issued a Return Authorization code.
It is your obligation to pay the return postage. We recommend obtaining a Signature Confirmation for verification and efficiency purposes.
We must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
Returning NATUREAL products without complying with our return policy will deem your transaction non-refundable.
