There is a flat $5 USPS Ground Shipping on all orders shipped in the United States.
Submit an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete order, billing address of the cardholder, telephone number (including country code) and we will calculate international shipping fees. Then, we will send you an electronic invoice and will process the order after you satisfy the payment.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 7 business days. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
The delivery time of orders are only guaranteed when you pay the additional fee ($25-60) to expedite an order, which will ship via USPS Express or FedEx Express Mail.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to security reasons, we will not ship to any address other than the billing address of the credit card holder.
Please make sure that the shipping address is the same as the billing address on file with your credit card company. Otherwise, your order will be voided.
Allow 7 business days (not including weekend or holidays) BEFORE you contact us regarding the status of an order UNLESS you paid extra to ship your order next day EXPRESS Mail.
If the information provided by the USPS indicates that your order was “DELIVERED” and there is a problem with the delivery of your package contact USPS at: (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your Tracking Number to file a claim.
If a package is returned to our office for any reason, upon receipt of the order we will issue a refund for the amount of the order less the shipping fee. If you decide to have your package reshipped, there will be a shipping fee applied to the order.
